Refund Policy

OVERVIEW

At Sophisticased, all products are made to order through our print-on-demand partners.

Because each item is produced specifically for you after an order is placed, we do not operate a traditional returns system.

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect color or variant selection

  • Personal preference

All products are made to order, and therefore cannot be restocked or resold.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We will offer a replacement or refund if your order:

  • Arrives damaged

  • Has a manufacturing or printing defect

  • Is incorrect (wrong item received)

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the issue

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund to your original payment method (where applicable)

IMPORTANT NOTICE (EU CUSTOMERS)

Under EU consumer law, customers may normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

However, this right does not apply to goods that are:

  • Made to order

  • Customized or personalized

Since all our products are made on demand, orders are generally not eligible for cancellation or return once production has started.

ORDER ISSUES AND CLAIMS

If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Claims submitted after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders are processed quickly and sent to production shortly after being placed.

  • Cancellation or changes are only possible before production begins

  • Once production has started, cancellation is no longer guaranteed

Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

SHIPPING ISSUES

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Orders delayed by carriers

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we may offer reshipment at the customer's expense.

NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Wrong size selected

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Minor color or print placement variations

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Claims submitted after 30 days

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 14 business days depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.
